To ensure the highest quality of service and safety on our platform, SERV-U HUB LLC requires all service providers to submit the following documents during the onboarding process.

1. Towing Requirements

Insurance Documents (State recommended)

  • Light/Medium-Duty Tow Trucks (up to 26,000 lbs): State law requires a minimum of $750,000 in Combined Single Limit (CSL) auto liability coverage.
  • Heavy-Duty Tow Trucks (over 26,000 lbs): State law requires a minimum of $1,000,000.
  • On-Hook & Garagekeepers: The state requires a minimum of $100,000.

2. Business & Tax Verification

  • Form W-9
  • Business License / LLC Filing
  • EIN (Employer Identification Number) Letter

3. Operating Authorities & Permits

  • USDOT Number

4. Personnel & Vehicle Verification

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Vehicle Registration

5. Light Roadside Providers

Requirements Checklist for Light Roadside Providers operating via their personal vehicle (sedans, SUVs, or pick-up trucks):

1. Document & Identity Verification

  • Valid Driver’s License: Standard Class D license
  • Form W-9
  • Active Vehicle Registration

2. Mandatory Vehicle Audit

In-App Photo Verification, website or web app. (Note for Towing: Please also upload a picture of your equipment).

3. Insurance Endorsement

Business Use Endorsement (The Most Inclusive Choice)

Instead of being forced as a provider to buy an expensive corporate commercial policy, simply call your personal auto insurer (like Progressive, Geico, or State Farm) and add a "Business Use Endorsement" or a "Rideshare/Delivery Rider" to your existing personal policy.
