Serv-U Hub is a modern service marketplace connecting customers with trusted, independent service providers across a growing range of categories — starting with roadside assistance and vehicle services, with more service types being added as we grow. Whether you need a tow, jump-start, tire change, fuel delivery, or vehicle transport, our platform makes it easy to get help when you need it — all in one place.
Customers can request a service through our app or website. Once a request is made, our system matches you with a nearby service provider based on availability, location, and service type. As we expand into new service categories, this same simple request-and-match experience will apply across the board.
Unlike traditional membership-based clubs or apps built around a single service, we offer on-demand services across multiple categories with no annual fees. You pay only for the services you need, when you need them. We also offer flexible service pricing and work with independent providers who value fair pay and efficiency — and as new service verticals launch, you'll be able to access them all through the same Serv-U Hub account.
No! You can request services without a membership. However, we do offer membership plans that provide discounted rates, priority service, and loyalty rewards across all Serv-U Hub service categories. Membership plans coming soon!
For Customers
Serv-U Hub is built to grow into a full hub of on-demand services. Today, our core offering is roadside assistance and vehicle services, including towing (short & long-distance), jump-starts & battery replacement, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, lockout services, winch-out/extrication, mobile wash, mobile mechanic, dealership pickup/drop-off (Vehicle Concierge Service), our product marketplace, and gig delivery. Looking ahead, we're expanding into additional everyday service categories, such as mobile laundry, home and vehicle cleaning services, car wash, and more. As new categories launch, they'll be accessible right from the same Serv-U Hub app and website.
Pricing varies by service category, location, service type, and provider availability. You'll see an estimated cost upfront before confirming your request. Prices vary by Recommended Price, Bidding Price, and Send-an-Offer Price — all of which require a quote from a provider, except the Recommended Price option, which reflects our market research on typical pricing so you know what to expect before you request a quote.
Payments are securely processed through the Serv-U Hub app, using credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or Serv-U Hub gift cards — across every service category on the platform.
Arrival times depend on provider availability and traffic conditions. Most services are completed within 15-60 minutes, and you can track your provider's estimated time of arrival (ETA) in real time.
We strive to provide coverage in all areas, including rural locations. If no provider is immediately available, we will notify you and work to dispatch the nearest available help.
Yes! Serv-U Hub allows you to schedule vehicle transport, maintenance pickups, and other non-emergency services at your convenience — a scheduling option we plan to extend to future service categories as well.
Our loyalty program rewards frequent users with points for every completed service, redeemable across the platform. Points can be redeemed for discounted or free future services, exclusive partner deals, and gift cards and special offers. Loyalty program details, terms, and point values are available in the app.
For Service Providers
Signing up is easy! Visit our Service Provider Sign-Up Page, complete the application, and submit the required documentation. Once approved, you can start accepting service requests. As new service categories launch, providers in those trades will be able to join the platform the same way.
Providers must have a valid driver's license & insurance, a reliable service vehicle, necessary tools for the service(s) offered, a clean background check, and a clean driving record. Additional requirements apply for towing and vehicle transport providers: 21 years or older, at least 3 years driving experience, an MC or DOT Number (Motor Carrier # / Department of Transportation), Commercial General Liability insurance ($1,000,000/occurrence minimum), Commercial Auto Liability insurance ($1,000,000/occurrence minimum), Garage Keepers/On Hook/Cargo coverage of $150,000/occurrence minimum (required for towing services only), Workers Compensation for employees meeting state minimums, and formal Business Entity formation. Requirements for future service categories (mobile laundry, cleaning, car wash, etc.) will be published as those verticals launch.
Providers receive payments directly through Serv-U Hub. Earnings are deposited via direct deposit or digital payment methods, delivered daily or on a weekly basis. Providers are encouraged to sign up for our partner payment gateway, Stripe Connect, which streamlines the payment process by linking their Serv-U Hub account to accurately reflect balance.
Yes! Unlike traditional service clubs, Serv-U Hub allows providers to set competitive pricing within fair market rates. When a customer requests a bid or sends an offer, a quote response is required within 5 minutes to remain compliant.
No! Serv-U Hub offers full flexibility. You can work when you want, accept the jobs that fit your schedule, and maximize your earnings.

Loyalty Program Terms: Points earned in the Serv-U Hub loyalty program have no cash value and are non-transferable. Redemption options and point values are subject to change.
